Oh hey, time for another update! (and no, I haven't got time to go do 11.11 shopping >w<)

been a bit busy with changes so I may not list all!

Change started: 14:10 (11/11/2020)

• Moved events to the info board and #join-an-event role system has been deprecated
• Regions role menu has been added
• 3 sections for roles have been added on autorole
• Concierge can now send the questions if Dyno dun goof'd (bot malfunction)
• Renamed #event-notices to #events
• Moved Events/Giveaways notif to notification role menu
• Changed perms to the hall of events as the role system had been deprecated.
